All of our jewelry arrives nicely packaged in durable wood boxes. Our store is responsible for the caused packaging and production errors.

LOST PACKAGES
We are so sorry for this trouble. And we will do our best for lost packages. Our main goal is your happiness.
CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES
Please contact us within 12 hours of submitted the order if you want to make additional changes to your order.
If the order has already been started sorry we cannot make any changes on your order.
Please contact us within 6 hours of submitted your order if you want to cancel your order. We need to say that we can not cancel the order
if the order has already been started.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For non-personalized orders; Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, we can make refunds for unworn and undamaged
jewelry pieces. We need to charge a 30% restocking cost, because of all items are made to order. Exchanges are not accepted after 7 days
of delivery. Shipping cost will be charged from the buyer for second sending.
For Personalized orders; if we have not made any mistake on your order, we can not make a refund.
CUSTOMS FEES
For international shipping ; We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please find out the international shipping policy in your
country before you purchase, If you have concerns about this. Some countries may randomly apply customs fees to packages. In this
